Congratulations to our Chef Zac Osbaldeston for qualifying to compete in the NECTA Future Chef Professional 2016. A hard working chap, he’s come on leaps and bounds since he joined us over a year ago through Middesbrough College. He arrived as an apprentice chef and has recently been promoted to Commis Chef. Well Done Zac!! If you would like to see the live cook off or to show your support, he will be cooking on Wednesday 27th April at Newcastle Race Course as part of the finals.
